DIPS

AUBERGINE DIP / MELITZANOSALATA
A dip made with aubergines, garlic, vinegar and olive oil. Could be eaten as a starter with warm bread or with a main meal.

Beans mixed with oil, lemon and herbs.

TARAMOSALATA WITH YOGHURT / TARAMOSALATA ME YIAOURTI
A traditional dip made with cod roe, yoghurt and lemon. Eaten with warm pitta bread or a accompanied with a seafood main course (e.g. Kalamari).

TZATZIKI
A traditional Greek dip made from yoghurt, cucumber and garlic. Can be eaten with bread or with a main meal.
